Once
you've purchased an original copy from MillenniumLoops.com
you automatically agreed to the terms stated.
Only
the original purchaser of our Non-exclusive and
Exclusive beats can utilize this license to use
our music. The right is non-transferable.
Non-Exclusive
Beats: Our license states that while you have
the right to display, use and profit form our
beats. MillenniumLoops.com retain the rights to
re-use and re-sell them.
An
Exclusive beat is sold to one party and one party
only. When an Exclusive beat is sold, no one else
will be able to purchase it. All Exclusive beats
sold will be taken offline as soon as they have
been purchased. If there are any delays in receiving
payment for an Exclusive beat, whether electronically
or by mail. The track is going to be put back
into Exclusive rotation after one week of notifying
and telling us your intentions.
